Brendan Tracey, has quite the background... He grew up in New Jersey in the '70's, where he explored punk music, rock music, psychedelics and everything in between. After 'living his best life' in America, he decided to go abroad to France. He trained in many notable regions; Champagne, Burgundy, but settled on the Loire to make his wines.
A short skin contact makes it cloudy, displaying a yellow/hazy hue. There's tons of chamomile, apple, pears and sometimes very ripe peaches. It's a tart, mineral and chalky wine. It's vibrant and it's exuberant. Unfiltered and Unfined, with no sulfites added.
