
Started by an amaro enthusiast & a winemaker, this Fernet is an effort to highlight the local ingredients of the San Francisco Bay Area. Which is fitting since San Francisco consumes more Fernet in general than any other US city.
Known ingredients : angelica root, bay leaf, Cardamon, gentian, orange peel, orris root, peppermint, rhubarb root, spearmint
Tasting notes : dry & woody with a strong mint profile.
