This Amaro uses the old original recipe used by the distillery's founding father Paolo Berta. A very traditional digestive made using 100% natural ingredients sourced on the property at Roccanivo including herbs, spices and aromatic roots. Slow aging in oak tonneau adds refinement and character to this intense and elegant distillate.
